- Flour and wheat or wholemeal flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Large apples3 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Grease and sprinkle with flour a medium shape (23×35), or with a hole in the middle.
- Preheat the oven (medium 200°)
- In a large bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Add the other dry ingredients. Reserve.
- Peel the apples, reserving the skins. Chop into cubes.
- Beat the eggs, oil and apple peels in a blender.
- Add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Add the chopped apples, mix and pour into the baking dish.
- Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes in a medium oven. Until you stick a fork and come out dry.
- Unmold, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
