- Brown sugar100 g
- Butter80 g
- Wheat flour120 g
- Chopped walnuts30 g
- Apples2 unit(s)
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Peel and cut the apples into cubes, separate them into the jars and squeeze the lemon over the top so they don't brown.
- In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
- Melt the butter and add to the bowl, stir with a spoon lightly. Leave the lumps formed, do not undo.
- Add the farofa over the apples, evenly distributing between the cups.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream !
