- Argentine Apple1/2 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
- Medium flaked oats1/2 cup
- Vanilla flavored Whey Protein1 unit(s)
- Put 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in a small bowl and mix it with Whey protein
- Add the oats and mix well with your hands, if necessary add more oatmeal until a moldable dough forms.
- Make disks with this dough and distribute in a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold.
- Fill with peanut butter
- Cut the apple and place it on top of the tartlets.
- Ready đ great snack or pre workout option đȘ
