Apple Pie with Beer Sauce

- Sugar90 g
- Butter120 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Flour200 g
- beer (whichever you prefer)1 cup
- refined sugar1 cup
- Cinnamon, cloves, anise (your choice of spice) to taste
- With a mandolin or a very sharp knife, cut the apple into blades and pour into a bowl with water and salt.
- Beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy, then add the egg, beat a little more and add the flour.
- Take the dough wrapped in cling film to the fridge for at least two hours.
- Place the dough in a pie pan and bake at 180° until golden brown.
- Take the beer with the sugar and spices to reduce until it becomes a syrup.
- Mount the pie with the apple blades forming a flower, sprinkle sugar on top and brush the syrup.
- Take to bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200°, gratin function if possible. Brush the syrup once more after it comes out of the oven and it's ready 🔥
