- For the Pasta: mix the wheat, sugar, salt, butter Finally, the cold water... I didn't weigh it but it's a little water and it's ready. The dough must be kneaded with your hands, until it is homogeneous and it is possible to form a ball. Divide the dough into two balls, wrap them in plastic wrap and place in the fridge – for approximately 30 minutes.
- For the filling: Peel and cut the apples in half, then in thin slices and then in half again, mix the other ingredients of the filling and that's it!!
- Dough: after 30 minutes, take one of the balls from the fridge, open the dough with a rolling pin, on a floured plastic film – this will make it easier to line the shape (use a pie dish – approximately 30 cm in diameter and not too much high) Line the entire pan and sides well, then place the stuffing on the dough. Roll out the other ball of dough (the same way you did the first and cover the shape. After putting the dough topping, brush an egg yolk, sieve a little sugar and make four small cuts in the dough to let the steam out during cooking.
- Baking: heat the oven to 200 •C and bake at this temperature for the first 20 min. Then lower it to 180 degrees and leave it for another 30 minutes!
