- Demerara sugar1/2 cup

- Extra Virgin Coconut Oil1/4 cup
- Vanilla Essence to taste
- Raisins to taste
- Nuts to taste
- Fine rolled oats2.1/2 tablespoon
- Cut the apples in half, remove the core, and cut into thin slices in the shape of a half moon, place in a bowl, and add lemon zest and the juice of one lemon, add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder, mix well and book; (No need to remove the apple peel, sanitize them well to use).
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients leaving out a tablespoon of sugar demerara. I like to sift through sprinkle and oat flour to be very loose. Mix and book;
- In a bowl beat the eggs with a fue, along with a tablespoon of demerara sugar, coconut oil and vanilla, beat until frothy, set aside;
- In a greased shape, sprinkle oat flour and cinnamon powder in shape.
- In the form: Make a layer of apple, put raisins and nuts on top, the next layer add mixture dry ingredients little by little. Repeat layer apple, grapes raisins and nuts, and the ingredients dry. Finish with the layer of apples, grapes and nuts.
- Mix in the eggs, and with a tablespoon gradually add this egg mixture on top.
- After adding all the mixture of eggs, sprinkle 2 and 1/2 tbsp. oat flakes with cinnamon powder on top.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees by approximately 45 minutes.
- OBS.: First thing, turn on the oven to preheat. In place of coconut oil, if you prefer, you can replace it with butter. Demerara sugar can also be replaced with xylitol, if you prefer. This recipe is very different, right, but rest assured it works and stays delicious 😍
