- apples - cut into 4 pieces10 unit(s)
- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Cloves5 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Water5 cup
- Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into 4 pieces, remove the core/seeds, and place in a bowl with half a squeezed lemon and set aside.
- In a large pot, place the water, sugar and cloves and stir for about 5 minutes. Add the apples, give them another stir and let them cook for 15 to 20 minutes, now just shaking the pan. Make sure the apples are soft and turn off the heat.
- Let it cool a little, put it in sterilized pots or in a container with a lid and take it to the fridge. When serving, place in a nice bowl.
