- Colorless gelatin envelope1 unit(s)
- Egg white2 unit(s)
- Soak the apricots in hot water until covered for 20 min.
- In the blender add condensed milk, water and apricot already removed from the sauce.
- Beat for like 3 min and add the already diluted jello.
- Beat the egg white and mix gently with the blender mixture. Take it to generate now on the platter that will serve. Take care of the presentation it is essential! Here I used the apricot itself.
