- Large Avocado1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Water5 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Cut 1 ripe avocado into pieces, place in a container and set aside.
- Mix gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water. Let it hydrate for approximately 3 minutes.
- In a blender, add the avocado pieces, 1 box 395 g of condensed milk, 1 box 200 g of heavy cream, juice of 1 lemon and blend for 3 minutes.
- Take the hydrated gelatin to the microwave for 15 seconds and then add the mixture to the blender. Beat everything for another 2 minutes.
- In a greased shape with oil, pour all the mixture from the blender. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Unmold and our frozen avocado dessert is ready. Enjoy this delicious recipe, be happy!
