- Diced Bacon170 g
- refined sugar2 tablespoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- Chopped walnuts1/3 cup
- Dairy Flour1 cup
- Powdered milk2 tablespoon
- Soybean oil1 teaspoon
- Put the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until reduced by half and crispy - drain the excess fat on a paper towel.
- Return the bacon to a frying pan and mix it with the water and sugar - mixing non-stop to make it sugary and dry. Let cool.
- Once cold, process or chop until finely chopped. Add the milk flour, nuts and powdered milk and stir well.
- Serve on top of ice cream.
