- For the syrup, mix all the ingredients, the water, the vinegar and the coloring, turn on the fire and leave it on medium fire without stirring after about 20 min (can vary) do the test to see if it is ready, wet a toothpick and throw the syrup in a glass with cold water, the right point is when you throw the syrup in the water it crackles.
- For the filling, I made a little kiss ball (can ready)
- As soon as the beijinhos have rolled up, stick them in sticks and dip them in the syrup.
- Put it in a shape or plate and wait until it is firm and the toothpick can be removed!
