- granulated tapioca250 g
- Milk400 ml
- condensed milk2/3 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Boil the milk with half the condensed milk
- Mix the grated coconut with the tapioca. Reserve some of the coconut for the end.
- Mix the boiled milk with the tapioca and let it rest covered for 10 minutes.
- Stir the tapioca and add half the coconut milk.
- Place in a mold with a hole in the middle, grease with margarine or butter and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Develop. Throw the coconut milk over the couscous, then the condensed milk and finally the grated coconut. Serve chilled.
