- wheat1 cup
- grated cheese50 g
- grated coconut50 g
- sugar2 cup
- Prepare the syrup by melting the sugar in the mold itself, set aside. Place the milk, eggs, margarine, sugar and wheat in a blender, blend for 4 minutes. Turn off the blender and put the grated cheese and coconut, mix with a spoon. Place the mixture in the mold with the syrup and bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour and a half. Let cool and unmold.
