- I'm starting with an amazing tip that my grandmother taught me. Make a caramel syrup (that syrup we put in pudding) and pour it into the mold before preparing the bombocado.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (approximately 3-4 minutes).
- Pour the dough in the form and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C and leave for 40 minutes until the bombocado rises and turns golden.
- When you take it out of the oven, I recommend you let it rest for 20 minutes. After that, serve yourself.
