- oat flour/oat bran500 g
- eggs3 unit(s)
- oil50 ml
- Raisins (if you like) to taste
- yeast powder1/2 tablespoon
- first cut into slices the 6 bananas and 2 apples in small cubes and put it inside the blender, then put the 3 eggs and the 50 ml of oil together, beat well until everything is mixed.

- grease the baking dish (do not use the hole-punch one as the dough will not fit in it) and pour it into the baking dish
- With the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, place the baking sheet together with the dough inside the oven and wait 45 minutes, after 45 minutes take a fork open the oven and skewer the cake, if the fork comes out clean your cake is ready. ready, if it comes out dirty leave it for another 5 minutes!
