White wheat flour70 g
Bicarbonate1 coffee spoon
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Salt1/2 coffee spoon
Sugar90 g
Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
Water90 ml
Sunflower oil40 ml

Mash the banana together with the oil and sugar and water. Add the dry ingredients. mix well
Place in a floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180* for 30 min.
