- White wheat flour70 g
- Bicarbonate1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Sugar90 g
- Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Water90 ml
- Sunflower oil40 ml
- Mash the banana together with the oil and sugar and water. Add the dry ingredients. mix well
- Place in a floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180* for 30 min.
