Em um recipiente esmague as bananas, acrescente o mel, o azeite de oliva e os ovos já batidos, misture bem e acrescente a canela em pó, e vá acrescentando ao poucos o amido de milho;

Após misturar bem, acrescente o fermento químico e uma pitada de sal, misture e vá acrescentando aos poucos a farinha de aveia, quando a massa começar a ficar mais dura, mexa com a mão até desgrudar;

Pegue um pedaço pequeno da massa, faço tirinhas, dobrei ao meio e enrolei para ficar no formato de trança;
