- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oat flakes2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Very Ripe Banana3 unit(s)
- plum1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Margarine to grease the mold2 tablespoon
- A pinch of salt to help bring out the flavor to taste
- Oil1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the oil, eggs and banana, for 5 minutes then add the plum and sugar and beat for another 5 minutes. Transfer this mixture to a bowl, add the wheat flour and cornstarch, beating slowly for about 5 minutes. Then add the oatmeal in fine flakes, mix gently for another 5 minutes, add the yeast and stir gently, until it starts to form balls. Place in a greased and infarinhada 20 cm shape, take it to the preheated oven to bake for 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Tip You can replace the milk with the same amount of muscatel wine or precious wine. Also adding a teaspoon of panettone essence.
