- 1 ✅ Process the cookies until you get a fine farofa. 2 ✅ Melt the butter and throw it over the farofa. Process until it forms a dough. 3 ✅ Cover a 25 cm shape with the dough, and squeezing with your fingertips and going up a little on the sides. 4 ✅ Take it to the freezer until the dough is completely frozen. If you want to unmold the pie, bake it in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes. If you prefer to serve in the mold, you can assemble it without baking the base.
- ♥️ Stuffing ♥️ 1 ✅ Cook condensed milk in pressure for 30 minutes. 2 ✅ Beat the cream with sugar to the point of whipped cream. 3 ✅ Mount the layers: first pour the milk jam, then cover with the bananas, finally put the whipped cream. Sprinkle with ground coffee or cocoa powder. 4 ✅ Take the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
