- Cookie cornstarch or Maria300 g
- Butter150 g
- Bananas4 unit(s)
- Dulce de leche400 g
- Whipped cream (box)200 ml
- Grind the cookies in a blender or food processor until crumbly.
- Mix the melted butter in this farofa until it becomes a dough.
- Line the bottom and sides of a removable background shape with this dough and take it to the oven for about 10 min, at 180 degrees.
- Cut the bananas into slices and squeeze a lemon over them so they don't brown. Whip the whipped cream (needs to be very cold)
- After the baked and cold dough, put the dulce de leche, after the bananas and on top of the whipped cream.
- On top you can sprinkle if you want, coffee, cinnamon and chocolate powder.
- Refrigerate and then unmold.
