- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chopped semisweet chocolate100 g
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, butter and eggs (all at room temperature).
- Add the mashed bananas and cinnamon to the bowl and mix. Add the flour and baking powder, stirring gently, just until mixed (if you keep stirring too much, it develops the gluten in the flour and weighs the dough).
- Finally, add the chopped chocolate.
- Place the dough in a greased and floured roast and take it to bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes or doing the toothpick test, it comes out clean.
