- Manica banana2 unit(s)
- Condensed milk390 ml
- Sour cream2 tablespoon
- Cornmeal Biscuit2 cup
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Dulce de leche to taste
- Mash the bananas. In a pan add the butter, the mashed bananas, condensed milk and the cream. Turn on the fire and stir the ingredients until it unglues from the bottom of the pan and becomes brigadeiro point. Allow to cool to room temperature (do not refrigerate)
- When you can handle the dough, make balls of the size you prefer. Make a little hole in the center of it, add the dulce de leche and close.
- Blend the cornstarch cookies in a blender or food processor until it resembles crumbs.
- In a container of your choice, add the rest of the cookie crumbs and spread the brigadiers to make a crispy layer. Now just enjoy!
