- mashed dwarf banana3 unit(s)
- oat bran (1 + 1/2 cups)1 unit(s)
- oat flakes1 cup
- egg1 unit(s)
- yeast1 dessert spoon
- sunflower oil (coffee cup)1 cup
- pinch of salt to taste
- honey to taste
- cinnamon to taste
- Mix the (ripe) bananas with the oats. Add the egg, oil, yeast, honey and cinnamon.
- Pour into a greased pan and cover with bananas and honey on top.
- Bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes
