- 1 cup of milk tea1 cup
- 1/2 cup of oil1/2 cup
- 1 teaspoon of sugar1 cup
- 3 very ripe bananas, chopped3 unit(s)
- 2 cups of wheat flour tea2 cup
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder, margarine, sugar and cinnamon (for greasing and sprinkling)1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the bananas and beat quickly to crush.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and mix in the flour.
- Finally, add the baking powder and stir gently.
- Pour the dough into a central hole shape greased with margarine and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
- On top, sprinkle more sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool...
