- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon

- ROOF: In a pan add the sugar and stir until melted. Pour in the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let it thicken until it reaches the point of syrup and set aside.
- PASTA: In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk. Add the wheat flour gradually and continue beating until you have a smooth and homogeneous dough. Lastly, add the yeast and beat slowly until well blended. In an already greased form, pour the caramel and bananas and then the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven and it's ready to serve.
