- Sugar for syrup1 cup
- Water for syrup1/2 cup
- First make the syrup. Put the sugar in a pan and stir until it melts and turns golden.
- Add the water and stir until it dissolves, let it thicken until it reaches the point of syrup.
- Meanwhile, beat the egg, oil, milk and sugar in a blender.
- Then add the wheat flour and finally the yeast.
- In a shape, pour the syrup and mount the sliced bananas on top, then throw the dough and bake at 180º! Enjoy your food.
