- Flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup

- Banana4 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In the blender, add 3 bananas, oil, sugar and eggs. Beat for an average of 3 to 5 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Mix the sifted flour and baking powder in a bowl. Reserve.
- Add the already beaten blender mixture with the flour and yeast mixture. Mix very well. The dough is now ready!
- Cut the remaining banana into slices, if you prefer, you can cut more than one.
- For the syrup: In a mold add 1 and ½ cup of sugar to ½ cup of water (tea cup) and lead to medium heat, without stirring, until it becomes a golden syrup.
- Add the bananas to the still hot syrup and then add the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180°|200° for 10 minutes and bake the cake for 45 minutes, taking care not to burn it. Do the toothpick test when you complete 45 minutes in the oven.
- Unmold while still warm so as not to stick to the mold.
