- Ripe bananas3 unit(s)
- Cocoa powder6 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Brown sugar or xylitol5 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- plant milk1 cup
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Beat everything in the blender, except the yeast (reserve 2 tablespoons of sugar, vegetable milk, coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of cocoa, for the syrup)
- After beating well, add the yeast and stir with a spatula.
- Put it in cupcake molds or an English cake mold, take it to bake until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
- For the syrup, put the vegetable milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and the coconut oil in a pan.
- Bring to a boil until it thickens.
- Place over the cake and serve.
