- Recipe
- Ripe banana (with dark skin)6 unit(s)
- Rapadura30 g
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Lemon zest to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast15 g
- Crush the bananas roughly and heat with a little butter to caramelize. I used frozen bananas that were very ripe.
- Mix ingredients such as eggs, lemon zest, brown sugar and wheat flour until a homogeneous cake mass is formed.
- Add cinnamon powder, nutmeg to flavor your wonderful creamy banana muffin!
- Finally, add the yeast and stir lightly. Pour it in the greased shape with butter (don't be afraid to apply butter or your cake will stick), and take it to a preheated oven at 205 degrees for 20 minutes and that's it.
- Melt 100g of semisweet chocolate with 100g of milk cream in a bain-marie or microwave every 30s stirring in between, see? Pour it on top of your cake and that's it!
- But do you want to learn farofinha? Come on! Put 1 tablespoon of butter to melt in the pan and add 2 cl of cocoa powder, 1 cl shallow soup of wheat flour, 1 cl soup of sugar and stir until it becomes like a cookie 👍🏽 wait for it to cool down and it gets very crispy! ! This farofinha you can put on top of several desserts that looks amazing.
