- Brown sugar (optional)3 tablespoon
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Almond flour1 cup
- Oat flakes3/4 cup
- Potato Starch2 tablespoon
- Clove powder1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
- Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter (I used one sweetened with coconut sugar)2 tablespoon
- Hot water1/3 cup
- Mash the bananas with a fork. Reserve
- In a bowl, place the eggs and beat with a whisk.
- Add the mashed bananas, and the other ingredients, except the yeast, mixing well.
- Add the yeast and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- For the peanut cream: add hot water to the paste until it forms a cream. If your pasta doesn't have sugar, add to taste.
- Finish the cake with the cream and cinnamon
