- Water150 ml
- Put the sugar in a small pan and heat until it forms a caramel, add the water and continue boiling until the caramel dissolves.
- Place the syrup in a round shape of 20 cm in diameter. If the mold has a removable bottom, place aluminum foil outside the mold, so as not to leak the syrup. Place the bananas over the syrup.
- In a bowl, beat the butter, eggs and sugar until a very white and light mixture. Add the flour and milk little by little, mixing with a fork. Add the baking soda and transfer the dough to shape.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
- Develop lukewarm.
