- Cinnamon powder1 to taste
- Cut the ripe bananas into slices.
- In a pan, add sugar and bring to medium heat to caramelize.
- When the sugar is melted, add the water and mix until the sugar dissolves and forms a syrup.
- Then add the bananas and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes.
- When the candy is coming off the bottom of the pan, it's ready.
- Add the cinnamon powder, mix, wait for it to cool and serve.
