- Water to cover banana to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- Cloves to taste
- In a high pot, place the bananas, sugar, water, cinnamon stick, powder, cloves and apple cider vinegar. Over high heat, stir until the broth thickens and dries a little. It even gives the sweet spot.
