- Clove1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder2 teaspoon
- Water1 cup
- Peel and cut the bananas into slices.
- Put the sugar to cook and stir until it is completely in syrup (caramel).
- Mix the cloves, cinnamon and water and then pour over the sugar, still in the fire.
- Stir until the sugar is liquid.
- Then throw in the bananas and stir until they are covered.
- Stir constantly to make sure it's not sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Cook over medium heat until the bananas are dark, caramel-colored.
- Remove from heat and place in the refrigerator. Serve alone or with sour cream on top.
- Before serving, remove the cloves.
