- Cut the lemon, squeeze and reserve the juice.
- Cut the bananas and hit the blender with a cup of sugar.
- In a pan add the whipped cream and bring to a boil. Stir constantly so it doesn't burn.
- Then add the lemon juice and keep stirring, after 10 minutes add the rest of the sugar.
- Now stir constantly, when it's dropping from the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat. Then put it in a container and you're done.
