- Clove to taste

- Cut the bananas into slices, set aside.
- Put the sugar in the pan and let it caramelize, not too dark. Once the sugar is in syrup, add the bananas and stir well, add the water carefully, the sugar will harden so keep stirring and you can now add the cloves and cinnamon too. Lower the heat and stir occasionally so it doesn't stick. When the bananas are soft and dark like the caramel, you can turn off the heat.
- You can store it in a well-sealed container in the fridge or consume it immediately like the syrup of a delicious ice cream, for example.
