- Sugar11/2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Wheat2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 to taste
- In a small form put half a cup of sugar, lead to medium fire stirring until it forms a caramel. Then turn off the heat and add 3 bananas cut the way you prefer, line the bottom of the pan.reserve.
- In the blender place 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of margarine. Beat well until a homogeneous mass.
- Then add water at room temperature, wheat, cinnamon and yeast. Beat a little more. Pour in the pan over the bananas and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes.
- After roasting, let it cool down and unmold it so that the bananas can easily come off the bottom of the pan.
