- Processed sweet biscuit200 g
- Melted butter100 g
- Sliced Bananas6 unit(s)
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- condensed milk790 g
- Cream cheese400 g
- Whipped cream to decorate0 to taste
- Extra bananas for garnish0 to taste
- Mix the biscuit with the butter until it forms a fine crumb.
- Line the base of a 21cm springform tin with a removable base.
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes then book.
- Take the sliced bananas and heat them with sugar to caramelize for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Put the caramelized bananas in the blender along with condensed milk and cream cheese and beat until smooth.
- Place the cream over the reserved biscuit dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and take it to freeze.
- When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and banana slices.
