- Recipe
- Dough: Eggs3 unit(s)
- Dough: sugar1 cup
- Dough: margarine100 g
- Farofa: wheat flour1/5 cup
- Farofa: butter100 g
- Farofa: sugar1/2 cup
- Farofa: cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Banana6 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- For the homemade dulce de leche: I took a can of condensed milk (I used Itambé) but it could be the girl, I used the new packaging (it opens easily) I removed the label that comes with it and then I scraped it with a knife to remove all the glue that comes, put it in the pressure cooker until covered with water and covered. As soon as it got pressure I left it for 40 minutes (to get that color) I let it cool COMPLETELY and opened it to use.
- For the bread crumbs: Add 1 and a half cups of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 3 tablespoons of butter (or 100g) and mix everything together.
- For mass: Add the 3 eggs, 1 cup of sugar and mix well. Add to 3 full tablespoons of butter (or 100g) and mix again
- Add 1 cups of milk, 2 cups of sifted wheat flour and mix well. The last one put a tablespoon of baking powder and mix again.
- Grease a 22cm shape with butter and flour, pour the dough and add dwarf banana slices on top.
- Add 395g of dulce de leche (ready to cook in the pressure cooker), throw the farofa on top and bake in the oven preheated to 180° for approximately 45-50 min.
