- In a bowl, mix 1 egg, 8 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter Then add lemon zest, cinnamon powder and salt to flavor
- Now we are going to mix 2x flour with 1x milk in the mixture, gradually add 1 tablespoon of yeast
- For the farofa, I mix 5 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of sugar, powdered cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of butter, mix with my hands (the heat of the hands helps melt the butter) until it forms a farofa.
