- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Corn Starch1 cup
- refined sugar1.5 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Softened unsalted butter2 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Sliced ripe banana10 unit(s)
- Beat the sugar with the milk, butter, sugar, eggs and salt in a blender until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Transfer the mixture to a pot and add the wheat flour and starch and mix well.
- Add the yeast and mix gently to incorporate.
- Transfer the dough to a greased pan and cover with the banana slices.
- Prepare a farofa by mixing 2 tablespoons of butter + 4 of sugar + 5 of wheat flour and ground cinnamon to taste. Mix with your hands until the dough starts to come together.
- Spread the farofa over the cuca leaving lumps.
- Take to preheated oven 180ÂșC to bake for about 30 minutes.
