  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Corn Starch1 cup
  • refined sugar1.5 cup
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Softened unsalted butter2 tablespoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
  • Sliced ripe banana10 unit(s)
  1. Beat the sugar with the milk, butter, sugar, eggs and salt in a blender until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a pot and add the wheat flour and starch and mix well.
  3. Add the yeast and mix gently to incorporate.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased pan and cover with the banana slices.
  5. Prepare a farofa by mixing 2 tablespoons of butter + 4 of sugar + 5 of wheat flour and ground cinnamon to taste. Mix with your hands until the dough starts to come together.
  6. Spread the farofa over the cuca leaving lumps.
  7. Take to preheated oven 180ÂșC to bake for about 30 minutes.
