- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar8 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Dulce de leche to taste
- Ripe banana to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a mixer, start beating the sugar, butter and egg.
- Then add the flour and milk alternating
- Add the yeast and cinnamon to flavor the dough.
- In a greased and floured shape, take the cake dough already ready, fill half of the shape, finish with the bananas in slices and the dulce de leche
- Before taking it to the oven, place the crispy farofinha on top mixing 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar until it turns into a farofa, place it on top and bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 min.
- It's ready, just taste great option for your breakfast
