- Very ripe bananas (preferably runny, but it can be silver banana too)4 unit(s)
- Oat flakes2 cup
- Baking powder2 dessert spoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Raisins1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- In a blender, beat the chopped bananas with the oil, the raisins and the eggs and half a spoon of cinnamon powder,
- In a bowl, place the oats and yeast.
- Blend the cream from the blender in the bowl until smooth.
- Grease a mold with margarine and oatmeal
- If you want, place some banana slices in the bottom of the mold and top with cinnamon powder.
- Put the dough in the form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes.
- Eat and serve at will!
