- Cachaça20 ml
- Butter to taste
- In a small pan mix the guava paste and the cream, let it melt slowly over low heat.
- Grease a frying pan with butter, place the banana and toast it slightly, turn the heat to maximum and pour in your dose of cachaça, let it burn to get a nice color, just be careful not to burn yourself.
- After that serve with ice cream, cake, whipped cream, chocolate or whatever you prefer.
