- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Reserve.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice. Reserve.
- In a pan, put the sugar to melt along with the lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon.
- Add the slices to the syrup.
- Let it boil until the banana is the same caramel color as in the photo.
- Turn off the heat and store the candy in a sterilized glass jar with a lid.
