- Ripe dwarf banana3 unit(s)
- Whole milk1 cup
- Oil or coconut oil1/2 cup
- Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira1/2 cup
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Oat bran2 cup
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Banana slices to garnish to taste
- Place the eggs, bananas, oil, milk, Flores de Aroeira Organic honey and sugar in the blender and beat well for about 3 minutes
- In a bowl put the oat flakes and the oat bran and add the mixture beaten in the blender, stir well until smooth, finally add the baking powder and mix gently
- Grease cupcake molds or place paper to bake cupcakes in the molds
- Put the dough in the cupcake molds and fill them up to a little more than half and decorate with banana slices to taste (optional)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Expect to cool down completely and unmold, ready 🤤
