Coloque na batedeira: as claras e o açucar, bater devagar até ficar bem firme em ponto de suspiro

Desligue a batedeira e acrescente: o amido de milho, o vinagre e a baunilha, mexa delicadamente

Turn off the mixer and add: cornstarch, vinegar and vanilla, stir gently

Unte com margarina uma assadeira, coloque papel manteiga, com o auxílio de 2 colheres faça montinhos de aproximadamente 8cm e leve ao forno pré-aquecido em 150ºC a 180ºC até ficar moreninho. Não abra o forno, verifique pelo vidro. Depois de pronto deixe esfriar dentro do próprio forno

Grease a baking sheet with margarine, place parchment paper, with the help of 2 spoons make mounds of approximately 8 cm and take it to a preheated oven at 150ºC to 180ºC until brown. Do not open the oven, check through the glass. Once ready, let it cool in the oven.

Para finalizar: creme de confeiteiro, bananas em cubos, garnache e raspas de chocolate

To finish: pastry cream, diced bananas, garnache and chocolate shavings
