- Take the sugar to a pan until it melts completely, chop the bananas 1cm high and place in the bottom of a pan, pour the caramel on top and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the sugars with the butter until doubled in volume, add the eggs and beat until pale. Then add the mashed banana, flour, salt and mix until homogenized.
- Add the yeast, and the chopped chocolate, pour the batter over the banana and caramel and place in the oven for 35 min. Let cool to unmold.
